A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the search service. Mercer County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its separate privacy policy and terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and supplied contact details are retained as needed to respond and manage the request. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless doing so is required by law or a valid legal process.

Mercer County Released Inmates therefore cannot promise that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Get in Touch page to request review and deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and verification of the request, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal data held by the site
