This Privacy Notice describes what Mercer County Released Inmates receives when someone visits, searches, or sends a message. It also explains why data is used, which service providers may receive it, and the choices available to visitors. By continuing to use the site, a visitor accepts the practices described here. Government portals, VINE, corrections systems, and outside search providers apply their own policies once a visitor leaves this site or sends information directly to them.

Mercer County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its separate privacy policy and terms.

Visitors Under Eighteen

The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Get in Touch page to request review and deletion.
