Court entries, corrections records, and parole information can follow separate schedules. No promise is made that every detail is complete, current, or free from error.
Call the responsible office before visiting a facility, mailing a request, sending funds, or acting on a custody result. A missing name does not establish release. It can reflect a transfer, delayed update, sealed or expunged matter, identifier mismatch, or a different custodial agency.

The site does not host jail rosters, booking files, release transactions, inmate records, court dockets, parole records, or official photographs. It points toward agencies and locators that may hold them. To confirm custody or obtain a record, contact Mercer County Correction Center, Mercer County’s OPRA custodian, NJDOC, the Judiciary, or another originating office as the custody path requires.
New Jersey OPRA, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., provides access to identifiable existing government records subject to exemptions and redactions. Sealed or expunged matters may no longer be publicly available. The site cannot compel disclosure, remove an agency record, or reverse a custodian’s decision.
